Total hygiene is essential everywhere food is process or prepared for sale or local consumption, including factories, kitchens, cafeterias, hotels etc. Unfortunately these areas are also the breeding-ground for many dangerous bacteria. To help stop germs spreading, it’s important to regularly clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces that are often touched by food or hands, such as work surfaces, fridge door-handles, cupboard handles, taps and door knobs with a disinfectant that will kill all bacteria, help resist re-infection, and not permit pathogens to evolve resistance.
